Anna Taylor

Anna Taylor is a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness & Compassion Instructor based in north London. Since starting teaching in 2008 she has trained under a variety of traditions and now focuses on teaching Slow Flow, Gentle, Restorative and Yin Yoga as well as working one to one with clients as a Yoga Therapist. 

Anna is passionate about equipping people with simple, yet practical tools to incorporate into their daily lives. Combining movement, breath-work, mindful-awareness, and self-compassion, she aims to help people understand the interplay between their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and offer practices to find balance amidst the busyness.

Yoga For Calm

Thanks to funding from Islington Council Active Spaces this is a FREE yoga class open to anyone needing to find a moment of calm. The practice offered is gentle and no experience of yoga is necessary. 

Yoga for Calm offers a range of therapeutic practices that support our mental and physical wellbeing. Each session combines simple breathing techniques, gentle mindful movement, restorative yoga, and guided relaxations to help you feel more at ease in your body and calm in your mind.   

 

Anna believes passionately that yoga is for everyone and holds a space with warmth and care to ensure that people can access these practices at their own pace regardless of their level of experience. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Anna before the class.
