-
Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga
Mysore style Ashtanga is a unique style of class where you practice yoga in a group environment, but unlike other yoga classes, it is not a led class. Instead you are taught the Ashtanga sequence individually, pose by pose, which you follow at your own pace. -
Vinyasa Flow
A more dynamic practice where asanas (poses) flow from one to the next, linking breath with movement in a flowing sequence. Expect a faster paced class with some controlled stretching and a variety of strengthening poses to leave you energized yet peaceful.
-
Yoga
These classes are for anyone seeking attention to detail or in need of a gentler pace while still moving through creative sequences of poses. The slower pace allows for a focus on alignment, and breath, letting you make the practice as challenging, or gentle as you need it to be.
-
Pilates:
Pilates focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. We offer mat classes taught by experienced teachers for all levels; from beginners’ courses to advanced classes.
-

Restorative Flow
Our two in one class! We begin with a slow flowing Vinyasa, suitable for anyone seeking a gentler pace. This is followed by a calming series of relaxing poses, ending with a deep, long, guided relaxation. A contrasted and well-balanced class with the benefits of vinyasa flow and restorative yoga packed into a single session!
-
Ashtanga Yoga
A powerful and dynamic style of yoga in which a set series of postures are linked dynamically to the breath in a flow of movement increasing strength and flexibility. Expect a class that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. When the sequence becomes familiar, the mind relaxes, and the practice becomes like a moving meditation.

Wake Up Flow
Set yourself up for a great day! Expect a gentle warm-up to wake up your body, followed by an energy-promoting yoga flow, a calming meditation followed by the stillness of Savasana.
