Eleah Waters

Eleah first trained with STOTT Pilates. She then went on to train with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) which looks at directly rehabilitating injuries. In recent years she has come to specialise in pre & postnatal Pilates, also through APPI.

Eleah’s yoga classes are focused on compassionate vinyasa flow with elements of mindfulness and restorative practices. Her yoga teaching is deeply influenced by her existing Pilates knowledge and passion for functional movement.

Her classes are warm and welcoming. She loves meeting new people.
