Errin is an avid yoga and movement lover. Her classes are versatile, dynamic and balanced as she brings in elements of other modalities of movement to complement her yoga offering. She imbues all classes with elements of philosophy, breathwork and creative flow whilst also calling upon strength, discipline and integrity. Her approach is lighthearted & playful whilst providing a space for introspection and evolution.

Vinyasa Flow

An opportunity to take a deeper dive into your yoga practice and develop your asana as well as be guided further into the realms of pranayama, meditation, philosophy and energetics. Vinyasa Level 2 will incorporate strengthening & playful drills to support learning more challenging asana and transitions . Unsuitable for beginners and during pregnancy.
