Jayne Miller
Jayne Miller teaches a fluid, soulful style of yoga, with a strong focus on healthy alignment, breath awareness and playful exploration. She loves watching individuals blossom and develop confidence and joy in their yoga (and lives) wherever they are. Accredited by the BWY and Yoga Alliance (500hr), Jayne is continually evolving her practice, bringing her students along for the ride. She trained with the BWY and YogaCampus, completed an advanced teacher training with Sianna Sherman in Rasa yoga, a juicy infusion of movement, mudras, meditation, mantra and philosophy, as well as Somatic awareness training (with Tias Little) to help release trauma in the fascia/connective tissues. She is a qualified SUP (Paddleboard) yoga teacher.
Vinyasa Flow
A soulful vinyasa style which honours the roots of yoga. Expect flowing yoga sequences at a pace where we can break down or build to suit and progress individuals present, coupled with sound biomechanics. Classes are different each week and include pranayama, fascia release movements and meditation alongside more dynamic asana, with modifications and/or challenges offered as appropriate
