CJ

Cameron James (CJ) has been embodying movement in various aspects since a very young age. In 2010 he started to become a devoted yoga practitioner during his time as a professional athlete and during 2010 and completed his 200 hours YTT whilst living as a Physical Training Instructor within the RAF. Since then he has made sure to implement his experiences in creative movement and mindfulness into his practice and class structures.

Whilst teaching globally, Cameron also brought his classes to various UK military establishments over the course of a 4 year period, working with rehabilitating personnel and spent 2 years in Bali teaching Yoga and Embodied Movement whilst being mentored by Madeira Segung and his mixed movement community.

Our two in one class!

This class will incorporate practice of subtle breathwork and calming asana to guide you deep into a relaxed state of your nervous system. Tapping into your innate capacity to cultivate a sense of calmness for yourself, a soothing way to consolidate the day through long gentle stretches and guided relaxation.

A contrasted and well-balanced class with the benefits of vinyasa flow and restorative yoga packed into a single session!

 Vinyasa Flow L1-2

A more dynamic practice where asanas flow from one to the next, utilising the flow of breath coinciding with movement within creative sequencing. A contemporary style of yoga with a modern day incorporation of functional range conditioning and mobilisation to promote longevity of your practice to build upon strength and skill acquisition. This class will leave you feeling energised and relaxed. Inversions and arm balances may be included.

We offer different levels of Vinyasa Flow classes – from slower to very challenging.

This L1-2 class is for those with some experience of yoga who are willing to try some more challenging postures. Not suitable for complete beginners.
