My teaching includes an infusion of Scaravelli, Yoga as Therapy blended with my own creative practice of yoga and dance; bringing awareness to the breath, creating the time to move through a grounding and fun vinyasa with safe alignment.
All levels are welcome to my classes , each class is different as my intention is to trick the habitual nature of the mind in relation to the body !
Focussing on alignment, anatomy and breath I guide my students to not only connect to their body and breath compassionately but also through mudras and mantras , making every practice a storytelling affair with oneself .
Vinyasa Flow
A more dynamic practice where asanas (poses) flow from one to the next, linking breath with movement in a flowing sequence. A contemporary style of yoga, drawing on Ashtanga yoga, yet with creative sequencing so that each class is different. Music may be used. Expect a faster paced class with some deep stretching and a variety of strengthening poses to leave you energized yet relaxed. Where appropriate inversions or arm balances may be included.
We offer different levels of Vinyasa Flow classes – from slower to very challenging.
